Booking Terms:
Please Note: By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms. I look forward to meeting you.
Deposit:
- A mandatory non-refundable deposit is required for all makeup services.
- For in-studio or freelance services, a 50% deposit is necessary.
- Other services, including photoshoots and bridal packages, require a 30% deposit.
- Deposits can be transferred once only for rescheduling.
- The remaining balance is due via bank transfer 48 hours before the event.
Travel Fees:
- A travel fee of $1.00/km applies for the round trip.
- Any parking fees will be added to your invoice.
- A $25 fee will be applied for each 15 minutes the appointment is delayed by.
- Appointments canceled after 15 minutes will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
- Please email to cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice.
- For bridal makeup services, the deposit cannot be refunded.
